GoPro Hero 9 Black Release Date Announced

In this article I will reveal the release date that GoPro announced recently for it’s new camera the GoPro Hero 9 Black ! Let me first run down the expected specifications for you, as reported by various sources online:

The GoPro Hero 9 Black is expected to have 2 screens. A colour front screen to help you while vlogging and selfie recording, and a rear screen which will most likely be a touchscreen to adjust all your settings and recording preferences.

The sensor of the new GoPro Hero 9 Black is said to have 20MP and be able to record in 5K at 30 fps.

GoPro Hero 9 should use updated versions of it’s signature technology TimeWarp 3.0 and Hypersmooth 3.0 and it promises to be able to be used as a webcam right out of the box. Livestreaming is also expected at 1080p.

The battery is expected to be 1720 mAh, which is a lot larger than the one used in GoPro Hero 8 Black. But of course the power consumption will also be higher, so we can only hope the battery life will be better with these factors kept in mind.

Of course much of this is still speculation, but it seems promising that this will make the Hero 9 Black the most exciting action camera yet. As for the release date, if you hop onto Twitter and checkout the GoPro account, they released a short video just days ago on the GoPro Hero 9 Black, in which a date of 16-09-2020 pops up on screen… That would mean it’s only days away!!
